there is a meeting I have to go to today.....oh joyous joy...

while they are blue sky thinking outside the box, I shall fashion for myself a suit made entirely out of rubber bands gleaned from the great big ball of them on my desk. I shall wind them around me from head to toe.

and when somebody finally says "Let's run this up the flagpole and see who salutes"

I shall throw myself out the 4th storey window

And bounce down the street, making good my escape.

I've never had a job where I had to go to a meeting. (Well I've never had a proper job, lol). They sound like fun though: you get to do nothing much AND they pay you. Just grunt now and again to let people know you approve. Why have meetings become the bane of office life? Enlighten me O Great One

- And I imagine they'd have food there too!

Trouble is, my job is not fulfilling, sure it rewards me with bucks, but doesn't feed my soul, doesn't stimulate my gray matter, and you can't put a price on that, my friend.
