I'm moody with food, and I also like trying new things, so I'm interested in what kind of toppings you guys like. I just had some with vegetarian chili, mild salsa, cheddar, sour cream, and black olives.

So! How do you like your nachos?

Nachos with any kind of chili cheese dip... sooooo good

Or load up nachos with sourcream, ground beef, cheese, black olives and jalepanos.

I had nachos for dinner tonight <3!

I eat doritos with sour cream. Just as good as any other kind of nachos to me.

Regular old doritos are good.

Have you had the new doritos, they're a mix of cheesy enchilada and sour cream flavored doritos? They're AMAZING. Worth getting fat for, almost.

I like my nachos just with yummy heated nacho cheese. Though, small pieces of chicken could be good too..

Put nachos on a plate. put shredded cheese ontop with sliced up tomato and let it melt in the microwave for a few seconds. Take it out, spread salsa on it and serve with sour cream. Very good.

I'm on a diet though, this is a big no no for me right now.

I was inspired by this thread to have nachos for dinner as well! I prefer the white corn, restaurant style with melted mozzarella, or cheddar, and salsa. Mmmmmmm! Nachos rule!!!

I don't eat nachos. But I love tortillas specially doritoes. I had doritoes and sour cream and chive dip the other day, yummie!

Nachos are one of my top favorite foods, last meal style.

Hm the ideal nachos should start with those whole grain tostito nachos (actually worse for you, but I really like their taste). Top with bbq chicken, refried beans, broccoli, red peppers, tomatos, tonnes of hot peppers, onions (pre-browned), couple black olives, cheddar, feta and some third cheese...all baked in the oven. Sided with ample amounts of sour cream and hot salsa.

I think I know what I am having for supper tonight.

Oh you are making me hungry! I like pretty much all the flavors I have tried. A lot of ppl I know don't like the spicy sweet chilli ones, but I absolutely do! I also like the smokin' cheddar barbecue ones, and the taco and ranch collisions. Lol at your last sentence. I don't think I could ever give up chips. I am pretty much obsessed, maybe even addicted.

Someone else mentioned liking nacho cheese doritos with sour cream. That's pretty good. I usually get some dry onion soup mix and blend it into a tub of sour cream. It's a really good chip dip, and doritos work wonderfully with it.

Anyway, I love nachos! I like ground beef, cheese, salsa (regular or salsa verde), and sour cream on mine. Taco sauce is also good. Oh and green taco sauce, mmmm.

Thanks for making me want some, guys!
