Everybody would have enough money

Nobody hurts kids in any way

People could study something they actually like doing

No beaurocracy, no racism, no nuclear weapons, no DMV

Spend hours digging through old vinyls instead of working

Destroy reality TV

Chess is a national sport

I agree with most of yours, except that chess part. I would add universal healthcare, deactivate the military in every nation, and give more funding to scientific research. I know I got a few more but can't think of any at the moment. After all that is done, I would ride my horse off into sunset and spend the rest of my days on a private island getting fed grapes and poured only the finest of orange juice by a flock of beautiful women

I'd send Republicans off to another planet along with the racists, the homophobes and the sexists.

I'd make sure the poor was taken care of. I'd give them better advice other than just to "work harder."

I'd make potential parents take a test to make sure they're ready to raise a child.

I'd make sure religion never entered the public sphere.

I'd make education available for people in 3rd world countries.

-Make Homes more affordable.

Authority itself would be illegal, and replaced by respect.

My congress would be a huge team of humanistic and positive psychologists.

All the money used on war machines would be used to build free housing for everyone on earth.

Fast food would be gone, and the money from those companies would be used to supply everyone with a robotically operated vegetable garden/farm which was self sufficient.....somehow.

Drugs of all types would be legal, but would have to be recreated to have no negative health impacts.

People would be given free healthcare and be required to see a counselor once a week

Education and the "prison" system would be completely based on positive reinforcement, and run by psychologists specialized in teaching people to learn and think differently.

School aged children would all learn the basic psychology and logic of communication, the subconscious, forgiveness, and acceptance of others, and would do hands on activities in accepting peers unconditionally.

Its all about psychology. A psychologist run "anything" would engage the interests of the pupils while teaching them, and it would be fun and efficient for everyone.

Children would have a legal set of rights as a subset to human rights, such as the right to healthy emotional development, or the right to be themselves

Parents would be required to take parenting classes if they were to have children.

Have the wealthy pay more than their fair share

Harsher punishments for sex abuse crimes

Cut defense spending and use the money for humanistic purposes where it's needed

End wars

Have more women in top leadership positions

Make sure every employee makes a living wage

Have every employer offer paid vacations and time off and flexible hours

3. I would empower nine people to kill anyone at any time for any reason, provided they take a vow of silence. Kills would be limited to one target per month. Like the Supreme Court, except the black flowing robes would now look more badass and they'd need to use American Sign Language to deliberate.

4. Schools would teach critical thinking. High scorers would be eligible for replacing dead, MIA or retired members of the Nine Justices, if the volunteer survives the training process, defeats nine other candidates in a free-for-all and then cuts his (her?) own voicebox.

5. The power of the Nine Justices shall be held in check through direct democracy. If their approval rating ever drops below 10%, all Nine Justices will begin ticking audibly and then explode within 90 days if their approval rating does not rise.

6. The President would be elected by Australian ballot. While his powers would be much the same he would be required to personally command America's greatest applicable weapon in the event of war, whether this is an aircraft carrier, submarine, advanced jet or a giant robotic suit. While the Presidential vehicle would naturally be the best and receive as many upgrades as possible, it must also be painted red white and blue and maintain a somewhat front line position for maximum star-spangled glory.

7. Nap day is now a real holiday, and takes place on July 5th so you can party even harder on the 4th.
