Here is what some of the American's tax dollars are going towards...
Apparently it is now illegal to sell lemonade in public!!! Although, they DO seem to be located near the Whitehouse, but still... Whatever happened to solving the REAL crimes?!?

Are you serious? Of course you can't **** around near the U.S. Capitol, it's a security issue, and the police have better things to do than to deal with stupid hippies yelling about freedom, MANNNNN!!!!!!
