Social Anxiety Support

I have a samsung propel SGH-A707 I believe and it has IM set up on the actual phone without having to go on the internet. Ever since I got it I could log onto my AIM and Ymessenger accounts easily...about a couple days ago my phone cut off and back on by itself and when I tried to go on AIM a little later it acted like it was loading and then stopped and said "Please try again" and had a retry option that I pressed and it just keeps doing the same thing. Even with Ymessenger it does this. I know it's not my internet connection cus I am on this site thru mobile so my service is fine. Anybody know what the problem could be? I've tried turning the phone off and taking the battery out to no avail :/ Any help would be appreciated....
