Not a hard topic, just post lyrics you really enjoy reading. I really enjoy the lyrics to God Am by Alice in Chains. The lyrics were written by Layne Staley who was suffering from a drug addiction at the time. It really makes you question the motivations of God if there is one. If God does exist, why isn't he helping the ones who need his help the most?

My sig is the opening lyrics for a song that I really like - it's incredibly sappy, but just listening to the way the singer sings it I find really soothing.

All I can tell about your sig is that is appears to be some Asian language. I'm going to guess Chinese, since China makes up at 1 out of ever 6 people in the world.

i think that's Japanese since Chinese looks more complicated

In actuality though, the Chinese characters 「漢字」　make up a number of various different Asian written scripts in some form or another. So even when you see Chinese characters written down, it doesn't necessarily mean that the language being depicted is Chinese. Japanese (as seen in sig) uses them also, but also has it's own set of around 30 unique simplified characters 「ひらがな」, that are used for grammar and structure purposes - hence I guess where the assumption that Japanese has simpler characters comes from.

Sorry I had to put you guys through that explanation

but as a some what geeky and obsessive learner of the language I felt compelled.
If anyone wants the meaning of the sig after all that lol, just ask.
