i didnt watch it until season 2 had ended, but my mom bought the season one dvd, so i gave it a chance and was hooked. Then season 2 was over, and not out on dvd yet, so i had to buy them from itunes and watch all the episodes on my laptop. im gonna get the dvd when it comes out at the end of the month. i want to know whats up with the numbers, and what the dharma initiative is all about. why does walt appear sometimes and speak backwards? what is that black smoke monster? cant wait for season 3...although i read in a preview of season 3/ cast interview...'kate' said something to the effect of "we'll be living with the Others, and find out how they live and what their agenda is" i dont want the survivors and the Others to become friends and live together...i want them to continue the conflict from last season. Also, they mention something about how we will see a whole new part of the island with new people. Im worried that this is where the show will go bad/ rediculous - when the survivors keep finding 'new' groups of people living on the island, in order to fill the episodes with the new peoples back-stories or whatever. I mean, the Others.....thats an interesting plot...and the 'Tailies' (ana lucia, eko) i guess the writers fit them into the story OK, but if they keep finding new groups of survivors every other week, its going to be the shows downfall. that said........what a great show. the mysteries about what the hell is going on, on the island, are as intriguing as how the characters lives all interconnected somehow before the crash (hurley bought the box company locke works for, sawyer meets jacks dad in the bar, etc) |

I love the show. I own season one on DVD and plan to purchase season two when its released. Wikipedia has tons on info on the show including theories about the characters and everything else. This should keep you busy for quite awhile: http://www.lostpedia.com/wiki/LOST

Lost is ok, but they just seem to throw out way too many questions without ever really answering any. If they do answer a question, like for example "what's in the hatch?" they just replace it with even more questions, like "wtf is the stuff in the hatch for?". It gets irritating after a while. Saying that i'm still looking forward to Season 3 though.

Of course, i can say that for most tv shows nowadays. I miss the days of forever knight and the outer limit

Lost is probably the best show out there now. Season 2 wasn't quite as good as season 1, but it was still great. Does anyone know when Season 3 starts?

Season three starts October 4th. This year's schedule is a little different, they will run about eight weeks with no repeats, then take about a two month break and come back in February and run new epsiodes up to the season finale. No reruns this time around.
