Default Help, Identify wordless electronic music

http://www.break.com/usercontent/200...r-1463170.html

So first of all, I KNOW at least 90% of you in the US have heard the song i need help identifying-the reason why I know that is cuz I've heard this music somewhere before, like in a trailer, or a popular action/scifi movie, i don't know......

So the background music I'm talking about is for an AMC channel miniseries thing called "The Prisoner"

The music starts at 0:10 I guess, but the main part of the background music that's soooo familiar to me is the recurring sharp high electronic noises that start at like 0:20-that part is soooo familiar to me that I think I might even know the band or musician that plays the song but at this point I have infinity zero idea what the song or band is.......

FYI, I already checked on adtunes.com, and apparently no one knows the song there cuz another person asked about the promo too and got no response....

So sorry if I'm about to get corny, but with how cool and diverse us SAers are, I know someone knows this song, or that you've heard it before....Even if you don't know the song, but you've heard it before, please tell me that at least, and it'd be really helpful if you remember where you heard this song
