Default Screw Blue!!!!!

Five in a row --- ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!!!!!

3-9, worst record ever for UM. You still think hiring Rich Rodriguez from the choke-prone WV was a good idea?

Tressel 7-1 against you guys. I bet you dream of the Second Coming of John Cooper, but that's not happening!

Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!!!!!!

I completely missed THE game.....in fact, I haven't watched a whole college game all season. For a while this fall, I had NO NBC affiliates (Dayton or Cincinnati) in my cable company to watch my Irish play, so a lot of other games went with it.

Ohio State won? They're only #10 so that's good enough for me.

if you knew college football history you would know that Rich Rodregiuz lead West Virgina to a similar record his first year

OSU in the top 10 in an off year.

Notre Dame meanwhile lost to Syracuse. You Irish fans have your own problems to worry about.

I don't even know what their record is this year. All I know is, Charlie Weis is NUTS for putting Jimmy Claussen as QB. All because his big brother was one sheesh.

I do know, but that wasn't the Big Ten. WV also would choke routinely in big games every year. Last year was just one of many examples. Under Rodriguez, they were no different than OSU under John Cooper -- get your hopes up with a good record, then choke when it mattered. He was a bad choice for Michigan. They needed someone who really understands OSU/Michigan. That's why Cooper could never get it done for OSU, and why Tressel DOES get it done. That's why Michigan did well under Bo -- he learned the importance of the game while working for Woody Hayes. Outsiders don't get it.

The reality is, I'd rather have a good Michigan team -- the stronger the Big Ten is, the better for everyone in it, and the more the OSU/Michigan game means. I just don't see it happening with Rodriguez.

I watched most of the game after OSU/Michigan but I didn't see the end. I thought Notre Dame had it wrapped up. I was pretty shocked when I saw the results of the game on Yahoo when I got home.

I can't believe how bad MI is. I actually want them to improve, they're so bad it's embarrassing to the state around them. .

42-7.. worst beating since 1968.

I've been a Michigan fan since I could first grasp the concept of football.

I think I will just pour memory bleach over this year's team and try and forget it every happened.

As for OSU thrashing Michigan today, it may as well been a high school team that OSU was facing. Michigan has absolutely nothing going for them right now. No passing game, running game, defense, special teams, nothing.

I'm not sure, but someone at work had said that it was 21 points. I didn't think there was any way OSU would cover that.

A friend of mine who has been a lifelong Michigan fan gave up on them after they hired Rodriguez. The fact that his nephew went to OSU may have had a role in it, but he was just against trying to turn Michigan into a spread offense team.

i was never a michigan fan but i believe in two years they will be a top 10 team again.
michigan is a too storied pogram to fall too far unless they pull a SMU type NCAA penalty.

As much as I am against Michigan becoming a spread offense I feel that in a couple years Michigan will start playing how they did a couple years ago.

Taking a coach like Rodreguiz seemed like a good idea, but don't call him a lost cause yet. Expecting a team to go from Llyod Carr's method of playing to Rodreguiz's method all in a few months was insane, but even to go 3-8 was pretty sad...even for a team that lost all thier offensive weapons to the NFL last year.

Yes, there would be a transition. That goes without saying. But I stand by my prediction based on Rodriguez's history of having WV teams that choked when it counted. He'll turn out to be the UM version of John Cooper.

As far as Michigan being a storied program, that is true. But so is Notre Dame, and they've been struggling for years, despite having their own network television contract and being featured on television EVERY week of the season.

It's hilarious to hear all the crybaby Michigan fans here when Michigan State had such a good season. That's all you here "FIRE Rich Rod!".

I'm not sure what you're reading, as there are far more posts from people who aren't Michigan fans than there are from Michigan fans.

It has a lot more to it than Jimmy Clausen playing QB. They cant run the ball and they cant block. Cant expect the QB to do everything.
