Default NFL Free Agency

How is your team doing so far?

I think I'll go cry now

a lot of movement on the first day! it's pretty incredible how so many big FA's signed on the first day (and the morning of the first day!). i'm a Giants fan and so far i'm liking the signing of Michael Boley. he'll be an upgrade over the mess of mediocre OLB's they had last year.

now we could use TJ Houshmandzadeh at WR and we'll be pretty good!!!

What's happening with Houshmandzadeh? He seems to be toying with a lot of teams, I wonder if he's just driving up the price for Cincy

I think the eagles got a good linemen in Stacy Andrews. That line is going to dominate.

Hopefully. I'm expecting Shawn Andrew's mental health to be a little more stable with his brother here now

He ought to! He's worth keeping; make the foolish owner jealous. Why in the world they lifted Shayne Graham, the KICKER, on a pedestal, we'll never know.

Unfortunately, we have an owner who is clueless! After 20 years without a Super Bowl appearance - yes, TWENTY - and only 2 or 3 winning season during that time - things have gone from bad to ugly to morbid here in terms of fan support. We have been the laughing stock of the NFL for eons.

The owner is out to make a buck, but he doesn't realize that he actually has to dish out some money sometimes to get a good return - you know, to bring in the fans and sales - he doesn't get it!

Shayne Graham deserves it, he's played on my fantasy team for a couple years now

ha...i remember one week in 2007 i think, my fantasy team played the team that had Shayne Graham on it and i think he kicked something like 7 field goals in that one game. he single handedly beat my team. that was a rough fantasy football season, though.

oh and unfortunately, TJ Housh went to the Seahawks. d*mn. i wanted him...and most of all, i wanted to be able to yell "takin' it to the HOUSH" when he scored a TD.

oh well. i guess either a trade (Boldin or Braylon Edwards???) or the draft will have to fill our #1 WR spot. or a Plax comeback which i highly doubt. i'm pretty psyched about the D, though...Boley at LB, and Rocky Bernard + Chris Canty on the DLine along with Osi, Tuck, Kiwi, Robbins and Cofield is going to be totally sick!!!

I'm interested in how this is going to help prevent Tony Romo from throwing INTs into double coverage when 2 guys are open but his eyes never leave Jason Witten.

T.J. got a good jab in at the ownership and management at Cincinnati.
He's a class act - sorry to see him go, but our owners are clueless.

apparently Jay Cutler wants to be traded now. What a shame, Denver was stacking their team though free agency and now they'll probably be without there pro bowl QB. I wonder where he'll end up?
