If you owned a sports franchise what would you do?

1st: What team would it be?
2nd: Who would be your GM?
3rd: Who would the coach(s) be?
4th: Anything else you can think of.

I'd own the Boston Bruins, my GM would be me, I'd keep the coach they have now and I'd make myself the backup goalie. I'd only play the last 10 minutes of the 3rd period when we have a lead of 3 or more goals.

-I'd keep Theo on for now but I might replace depending on how next season goes
-I'd keep Francona on for about as long as he wanted to stay.

2nd: A.J. Smith
3rd: Bill Belichick
4th: I would fire everyone from the GM ( Although Millen was just fired )to the janitors that cleaned the stadium. I would then have someone who knew what they were doing hire all new employees.

1 - Cincinnati Bengals
2 - anybody I felt like who could do the job
3 - Marvin Lewis, but he would have more of a say about who he lets on the team.
4 - I would have class sessions on how to behave as gentlemen when off the field. No fights, no verbal abuse, and respect for the law. Mandatory participation
