Default Foosball

Foosball is one of those things, for me, that is a strange and inexplicable talent that you accidentally find out you have. I mean I've been playing (purely for fun) since I was 3 and got my best friend into, who turned out quite good as well. I have so much fun when I play, and I get so competive, (I'm a female athlete <soccer player>) and I kick everyone's *** that I play. Friends and family have always said, 'oh you should try to play for money' or enter a tournament or something. But of course, there's my SA and new unknown situations give me sweaty, hyperventilating panic attacks. Anyone know about competetive foosball, or play it themselves? Have any advice where I could compete and see how actually good I am, where I could feel comfortable as well? I've gone online and seen that there are actually professional players...
