Default Baseball players being put on the disabled list this year for SA

It's strange to see, I have been following baseball closely for years now and have seen a ton of players put on the disabled list for all kinds of physical injuries. Never have I seen anyone put on the DL for SA or anything like that. But this year two players have been put on the DL with Social Anxiety issues. (Dontrelle Willis, and just recently Khalil Greene).
Zach Greinke missed over a year with what they said anxiety problems and has come back this year and is one of the best pitchers in the league.

My brother and I have been playing fantasy baseball for years now and I'm thankful this has come up, maybe it will help him understand SA a little better, or how serious it can be.

oh and I'm definitely a fan of these guys now, and will be cheering for their success. I know what these guys are going through that's for sure.

Performance anxiety is probably more common with athletes than most would admit to. Typically, because of their good physical health and because it is treated pretty much right away, it can be reversed quickly using CBT.

However, fact is, no matter how long anyone has had SA, longevity has no effect on time required to recover, any reason or degree of SA can be reversed using CBT correctly. I've had SA for 14 years, and after a month and a half of working hard to seek out and CAUSE panic attacks so I can learn the CBT methods to STOP them from recurring, I'm able to do more now that I could ever before, on or off meds and even before my SA got bad in my early 20's.
