I have so many things I still want to experience. I'm writing a book, I'm getting in the best shape I've ever been in, oh, I am trying to find a more appealing and lucrative job, I could go on forever. |

I am proud of my academic and professional achievements to this point in my life and although I feel I could have worked a bit harder throughout, I did push through some really difficult times and still make it through to the other side.
I am also proud of the efforts I have put into overcoming my SA and I feel the progress I have made over the past 12 months or so has really helped to confirm to me that I do not need to live the rest of my life as a socially anxious, fearful person.

I'm proud of my Master's degree, and I'm proud of having stood up to a bully as a freshman in high school, and I'm proud of the day to day achievements that are insignificant to most, but which mean a whole lot to those who struggle with social anxiety, like sending back toast in a restaurant that's burnt, or sticking with my opinion in the face of opposition.
