It's hard to believe so many other people go through this misery! I can't remember feeling any other way. When I was in first grade I could tell something was really wrong. Watching how the kids at recess were so in the moment. They were having a blast not worried about how they looked or what was going to happen next- just free. Lunch time,riding the bus,field trips= so hard.My constant fears still continue. I was going to my sons school for a meeting Monday. Panic so bad I nearly had a wreck. Thrilled to find this site !
