Well, you could double major, choose one interest as a major and the other as a minor, or go to undergrad for one and grad for the other. Also, people change careers all the time so don't limit yourself to thinking that what you major in in college is what you'll do for the rest of your life. Just do what you love and don't feel like you have to hurry into anything. I switched majors three times until I found one I really loved.
