School is basically a test of how much you can memorise. If you just memorise the material you need to know, you'll be fine/pass the exams.

Well I'm not going back to school after a long time, but I am going back after a few years so I know how you feel.
If you look at it from a treatment stand point this is a big step in overcoming SA, just take it day by day, and learn to breath, just focus your thoughts on the task at hands and forget your around people. Think about how much you are benefiting from going back to school. Going back to school is just a step in getting your life back from SA. Congrats on going back to school. |

I'm a nursing major, and I would say there's a good chunk of people in all my classes that are older and have gone back to school to change their career. I remember talking to a lady in her 60s who was really nervous to come back and didn't think she'd be able to handle school again, but she ended up doing really well. So many adults go back and have the same worries as you, so you're not alone. I think it's great you're going back and not letting SA win.
