Default Freaking out about school...

Just a little background stuff:

Im a senior in high school and I had the opportunity to take a few college classes, one of which is a 4000 lvl class (juniors and seniors in college). Its a 5 person class. Yesterday, 2 hours before my class I realized that I hadn't done the reading, was supposed to present something to the class on what I read (we were about to have a discussion class and I was supposed to start it off), and I was supposed to meet a student the day earlier and I forgot. I started freaking out. Although the whole thing probably wsnt a huge deal and actually turned out fine, for that 2 hours and for the 4 hour class I was so freeking nervous I couldn't stand it. Someone turned a corner and I jumped like a foot in the air. Its hard enough for me to talk in class about something I know about, but when I have no idea what im talking about, I just start freaking out.
