Social Anxiety Support

Every time I study or do homework I end up getting a huge headache. When I'm in class, I leave with a headache. OK, in both instances I'm doing this for 3 hours. I'm in class for 3 hours and I study/do homework for 3 hours. I guess it could be the length of time but...I don't know. Maybe I'm stressed out because of how life in general has been lately... but I feel like I should be able to handle 3 hours without getting such a big headache out of it, you know?

Do you have breaks while you're studying? Where you just stop what you're doing and go do something else for 5 or 10 mins?

i get that too. but ive got a pituitary brain tumor id get an mri.
