Default Desperately need advice

Help, umm....

I don't know how to ask my professor for an extension with doing two tests (via online) These tests were already due about a week ago. After the deadline, I emailed him and promised him I'd have them done by the next day. I didn't, and went to see him during his office hours to tell him in person that this is my first time as a full-time student and that for the past two weeks I have been in job training every day from 2 to 8pm. He was very understanding and nice and said that the tests will be removed from the website by this Friday. He asked me if I needed more time, but I said no.

Well, the problem is, he's pulled the tests down, and I still haven't submitted them. I don't know what to do. I already feel like the greatest loser.

Help!

*sigh* Yes, it's a sticky situation I got myself into. I guess I'll just hope for the best and talk to him tomorrow.

Well, in the future I'd say don't make a promise that you can't keep. Since he did tell you they'd be up until Friday, I don't see any problem with emailing him to ask why they aren't available anymore. He seemed like he was pretty understanding before.

Thank you Fairleigh and Jaayhou. It turned out that he'll give me a second chance. But I won't make any more promises that I can't keep....
