I used to play. Seems everyone I met was on a different server so I was never able to play with anyone from around here.

I think I just got tired of constantly having to relearn a character every time they changed them.

Ehhh, played it for a few years, it's really not that addictive, you get out of it what you put in, and even so, it's still a waste of time. I won't be playing the new expansion because Diablo 3 is out in May but yeah, Cataclysm is terrible as far as PvP is concerned. Then again I play a warrior so it's obvious I'd prefer WoTLK.

Are you joking? I had an email and I thought it was junk mail. I didn't raid much in wotlk and ive only done trash runs in cata but hopefully the instances aren't as dull and boring as cataclysms instances.

I got my druid transferred to my main realm and on the horde (I wanted to have characters from both factions on the realm anyway) really surprising.

Used to play it way too much, lmao. All I did was level tons of characters to cap anyway. Too nervous to really group with much of anyone aside from using LFD. I was the "does an amazing job, never ****ing talks" guy. Never going back to it, but I have to wonder how much I could get for my account these days. $$$ <3.

I know the new expansion is going to tempt me when it comes out, but I just can't control myself when it comes to MMOs. Probably going to stay off of them for a while if not forever.

I played for a few years, I quit shortly after WotLK was released. I revisited the game a few months ago and I think it's just lost it's appeal for me. In my opinion, WoW is going downhill. :s

It has been going downhill for a while imo, it's always an inconsistent game in terms of balance and stuff, but Cataclysm has been horrific in comparison to the others

Yeah, I agree. I thought that Cataclysm would be the killing blow to WoW's popularity but here come the pandas!

I was more than a little surprised that they're introducing the pandaren too, it seems a little silly. What I also find hilarious is that when blizzard first mentioned the pandaren on April fools a few years back, a lot of people were dissapointed that it was all a hoax but now a lot of people are against the pandaran being the new playable race.

Meh, people always complain about the game but it doesn't stop them playing it I don't really know where they are going with MoP and I guess I don't care Just waiting for Diablo 3 now, it's been long enough :[

the one thing that is holding back WoW is the barrier of entry. it cost like $20-30 for the original + bc. maybe another $20 for WotLK. i dont know how much cata costs these days. with that said, I won't be trying out WoW anytime soon (yes i know about their occasional sales)

players that are addicted to WoW will still play but a lot of mmo players don't like the direction they took so they quit.

not much, all i do is UP for the blue protodrake since cata is out, twice on alt ,0 on main, over 300 runs.

I do arena too for points and thats barely it.

You pay $15 a month to kill Skadi repeatedly in the hopes that he drops the mount that literally has a 1% drop rate? Eh. I've heard of worse reasons to play... Had it drop in WotLK and I lost the roll, of course.
