You're supposed to get one of those boxes with a picture of letters and numbers to type in and prove you're a real person but you can't see it?

See if there's an option that gives you a new picture, if not then just go back and try again till you get something you can actually make heads or tales of.

I hate those sometimes, just check for a refresh button. I have to say the worst out of all the "test if your real" was the kitty cat thing rapidshare use to have, I don't care if you were real they were impossible to figure out.

If you mean you can't see it, as in the image didn't load, sometimes you can right click the area where it should be and select "show image".
