Default Need Help with Vids on the Nook

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to put this. Mods feel free to move it if not - I thought this would be best place to ask a technology question.

So, I have the Nook Colour, and I recently wanted to put some music videos on it. Apparently it can only take Mp4 format. So, I downloaded a free Youtube Downloader/converter. I successfully got 3 youtube videos converted and placed on my Nook. But then it refused to work for this one YT vid. I did the same exact thing that I did for the others, but for some strange reason, this one YT vid just won't work on the Nook. It just says the video cannot be played. But I did the SAME exact download conversion with the other 3 and they work fine on there.

Anyone have any idea what I'm talking about and can help?

Being in mp4 format isn't enough. IIRC it must have a resolution no higher than 854x480 and be in Simple profile or in Baseline profile for H.264. It also has a max file size limit of 2GB. Run your video through Handbrake and choose the iPod profile. Make sure the video resolution is again set no higher than 854x480.

That totally just went over my head.

What is Handbrake? Is that something I should download?

Handbrake is a video conversion program. It's pretty simple to use. Yes, you'd need to download it.
