Default how to adjust firewall so webpages aren't hacked

I think I have been hacked twice on Facebook and it shows quizzes I didn't even take and I have had comments deleted twice before for no reason. Once I was "kicked" out of a group but no one actually "kicked" me out. I think someone is trying to play with my account and delete stuff.

What am I supposed to set in my Firewall to prevent this?

Or is there anything that can be done to prevent this?

Is this phishing that has happened?

Well, if it is just your Facebook, it's likely someone's gotten ahold of your account password. So start by changing your password there. If the problem continues, try making a new account all together. Only then if it continues, you may have a problem with your actual computer, and need to get it checked out.
