Default Guild Wars

Anyone here play this MMO? It's not as good as Warcrack but better than Everquest (atleast I think.) I dont like the fact that Warcraft has a monthly payment so I've been playing Guild Wars instead. Like I said, its a good game but you only go up to a level 20... after that you only gain in exp points and skill points. I play a monk/elementalist. Its a good combo. I have the power to heal as well as provide max damage to enemies. Right now I have just been farming and getting a bunch of green items and selling them off for platnum.

Yes so does anyone here play it often? If so maybe I will see ya in game

I pre-ordered it and played it the first week it was out... Even bought a better graphics card just to play it. I got burned out after 5 days though, and haven't picked it up since...

It was really cool 'how' they made the storyline interact with everyone... But for me, the story just wasn't that engaging... Plus, I was expecting the PvP to be more interactive... It's basically just the same as any MMORPG out there, but just improved a little.

Is it turned based combat like final fantasy? If so, are there important differences?

However, you can opt out of upgrading, but that doesn't sound too fun.
I have never heard of this My dad bought the GW game I am playing about 7 months ago, and about a month ago he gave his copy to me. I have been playing it and never once had to pay for their updates.
