As the title suggest, anyone here play D&D or any other PnP game?

I myself have been playing D&D (started with 3.0) back in my high school days. Lately the crew I've been playing with since then has been wanting to play but no one really wants to step up to DM a campaign so we are at a loss...

I've never played before myself, but a friend of mine is creating a campaign that I'm going to be a part of. I doubt I'd have the attention span to handle all those numbers and stats on my own, but I love making a character's personality and backstory. I'm pretty excited about playing.

Don't worry I'm sure you'll have an enjoyable experience. Just remember as long as you roll 18-20's you're gonna' rock the house, avoid 1's at all costs though

I've been in an online one before (not D&D), but it was short-lived. I think D&D is interesting, but I don't know anyone in real life who plays it.
