Default Auto shutdown timer?

After a countless number of attempts, I realized I can't break my computer addiction by myself. Instead I've been looking for a software that forcefully shuts off the computer after a set amount of time. I also want it to shut off the computer immediately when I try to use it at certain times of the day.(e.g., 12a.m.-8a.m.) Lastly and most importantly I need a feature that prevents me from exiting or uninstalling the software without a password only my family member knows, because that's what's going to happen sooner or later.

If you are using Windows XP (and perhaps if you are using another Windows operating system), place the following text in a file on your Desktop called shutdown.bat:

Quote:
shutdown /l /t:120 "The computer is shutting down" /y /c
The value after t: is the number of seconds before automatic shutdown. Simply double-click the .bat file to begin the timer. Alternatively, go to Start > Run and paste this text, modifying the time-to-shutdown value as you like.
