Understanding and ending your SA...

..and other forms of suffering, including those that are "accepted as part of normal life", such as anger, frustration, annoyance, resentment, arguments, jealousy, fears, worries, disappointment, lack of trust, as well as those things that have been given a "diagnosis" such as depression.

This person and video changed my life. Perhaps it can help you.

That may work for mild SA, but the root cause of more severe SA is low self-esteem, which is caused by child abuse, bullying, or some other event that hurt your sense of self-worth. Or it could be that you feel like a freak because of some real or perceived "defect."

Don't forget to breathe.

Those other events are commonly believed to cause people to suffer. But this is not actually so. This idea comes from a misunderstanding and confusion as to the cause of SA. The video explains.
Its not possible for other people to cause us to suffer, no matter what they do or say to us. Suffering only occurs when we have thoughts about what other people say or do and which we then believe. Low self-esteem has the same root as SA.

Because suffering is self-created, it can only be ended by the sufferer, regardless of the form their suffering takes.
