im talking from experience too. when i 1st purchased thinkrightnow in 2005 i tried listening only when i slept cos i found it hard and inconvenient to listen for an hour everyday. i listened for 4 weeks and nothing happen

in 2006 i listen for an hour everyday (and didnt listen at all whilst i slept ) and i seenm results from day 1

try it yourself , test it and see

mike brescia is the man to listen to not his employess, maybe theyve made a bit of a mistake
however listening while sleeping cant damage you. I can remember that mike brescia says also that listening every night while sleeping is very good along with concious listening 2-4 times a week.

and the mind ist still awake 90 Percent in the sleep time.

everybody has to find their way to listen. Dont think that you are the "known them all" who is the exact expert. Many TRN customers use them at night and have great benefits, check out their website and stories.

listenn whilst you sleep is good and wll obviously have some benefit on you. im not saying dont do it

i just dont like the wa you sed listening whilst you sleep is the best way. cos its not.

if you listen whilst awake but eyes closed once per day you will get the best results and faster results.

if you do it any oher way, including whilst asleep at night , then your results will be slower and less dramatic

i just dont wont people to be falsly informed that sleeping is the best way. cos theyll do that and not get as good result as they could and as fast as they could

okay the people who only can listen at night maybe these sucess stories can inspire you:
----------------
Dear Mike,

I am a college student. You may think I am too young for this type of program, but I am not. I was diagnosed with depression and social anxiety 2 years ago, but have had the symptoms much longer. After trying the self-help books and website suggestions, and seeing no results, I knew I had to try something different. Luckily, I came across your website.

I have been listening to Freedom From Depression Now! and Dissolving Panic and Anxiety Now! for over a year now. I just listen to the CD's at night on a portable CD player. The results are remarkable! I am excited about facing a new day, living life fully, and closing each day with the satisfaction that I lived at my highest ability. Oh yeah, my newfound confidence has led me to pursue a new career. I am going to give back and help others with the diseases that plagued me so horribly, depression and social anxiety. The benefits of the CD's are clear. All I can say is, thank you Mr. Brescia!

i love this story, because its so inspiring. Of course if you repeat the thoughts of people whoe never had anxiety/panic and depression for a year (and only during your sleep!) you simply become a new person.

here another one about conquering social anxiety;

Hello Mike and Staff

I ordered "Conquering Social Anxiety"
as soon as it became available this past August and started
listening immediately. I do listen to other Think Right
Now programs, but I am only listening to this one at this
time to get the maximum benefit. I have a pillow speaker,
which is great, and I listen to the program all night long.
I also have put it on to my IPod and listen whenever I can
throughout the day. To gain an even greater impact, in the
last couple of weeks I purchased your Think Right Now
software program
- http://www.thinkrightnow.com/trnwindows.asp

Because I have had this problem my entire life (I am 42
now) I was not expecting any overnight results and I was
quite prepared to put the time in. Well, it has only been a
few months and I'm realizing things are starting to change
for me. It sort of creeps up on you and you don't always
notice that you are changing.

For example, I joined a gym with some family members a
couple of months ago. It is the kind of place that I would
usually avoid like the plague, because too many people make
me very uncomfortable, nervous, and self-conscious. But we
all needed to raise our fitness level and keep each other
motivated, so I bit the bullet and we signed up together.
I knew I would have my sister to hold my hand so to speak,
and that would make it a bit easier for me.

After a while I realized that I was feeling much more
relaxed about the whole thing than I ever would have
expected. Normally, I would be really worried about what
everybody was thinking of me. I would be obsessing about
trying to do everything right, not making a fool out of
myself and trying not to get noticed. I must say now that I
think about it, my thinking has just toned right down and I
seem to be able to forget these kind of thoughts much more
easily. It is allowing me to relax and just enjoy the gym.
I even went to the gym one day all by myself - now that's a
first!

Here's something even better - one of my biggest fears is
going to parties and you can't avoid all of them -
especially when one is your husband's work party. I
normally grit my teeth and pray for it to be over. We
prepared and organized for the party for this entire last
week. The party was last night. Normally I'd be stressing
out but I have been in a very relaxed stated of mind about
the whole situation.

Today I am reflecting on how I handled last night and I am
very surprised at myself. Normally I’d keep myself really
busy so I could avoid talking to people but last night I
chatted and laughed and mingled, even with people I didn't
know and it felt natural. I dare say that I enjoyed myself.
Don't get me wrong; some of those uncomfortable feelings
were still there but only to a much smaller degree. This
is a fantastic breakthrough for me because I know now that
the longer I listen, the better things will become! Finally
my world is expanding! In a year from now, I may be a
completely new person. WOW.

Mike, I really love, love, love this new program and after
a few more months I
will start to add the self-esteem and confidence programs.

Thanks again

and the last one, this one is so remarkeable that i cant really believe it(maybe some of their stories are fake?):

Dear Mike,

I have been using your "Releasing Fear of Failure Now"
- http://www.thinkrightnow.com/a/rfof.asp program for
about 2 months along with "Conquering Social Anxiety Now"

My life today is nothing like it used to be. Before using
your programs, I was a nervous wreck. I was scared to go
places that had people, like the local grocery store. Going
to the mall was out of the question.

I bought your programs because I had used everything else
and I was desperate to find something that worked so I
could start living my life. At first, I didn't notice the
change. I guess because I had years of old thoughts built up,
but after a month I definitely noticed a drastic change.

My two friends and I decided to take a trip to Las Vegas
about a month and a half after purchasing your programs.
While in Vegas, we were on the strip every day, walking
through every mall, in the casinos. It took a couple of
days to realize that I wasn't nervous once while doing all
of these things.

Usually around people my anxiety would kick in and my body
would tense up, but I didn't feel this anymore. I also
didn't have any fear of going to new places and I was able
to enjoy my vacation.

While on vacation we decided that Las Vegas would be a
great place to live and less than a month later I moved
across country from New York to Las Vegas. I had no fear of
moving to a new place and moving out of my parent's house.
I knew deep inside this was the right move.

I went from a person who stayed in his room watching TV
and on the computer to a person who goes out 4 nights a
week to nightclubs and meets new people everyday.

My life is totally different and I have your programs to
thank. Thanks Mike.
Sincerely,

Geoffrey Green

its right that listening while sleeping isnt the best way, i agree with you that listening during relaxation is the best way. But it isnt the only one to get resluts, even though its the fastest and most effective.

and i wrote the sucess story? why would i do that? go on www.thinkrightnow.com, then click on "articles", then scroll a bit down and at the right you can see the newsletter archiv. Click there on Oct - Dec 2007
and then read the article: "42 yr old joins a gym and starts enjoying parties"

the third one is from one of the newest newsletters: From fly on the wall to social 'eagle'.

for the last 2 weeks i havent been getting to sleep until about 4am cos of the summer heat, its just too hot. ive been tossing and turning all night.

because ive hardly had any sleep im absolutely knackered when my alarm goes off in the morning and ive had this massive urge to stay in bed and this big desire for confort so ive been pressing snooze on my alarm every ten minutes for an extra 2 hours cos ive been that tired. in my head i kept saying ''just ten more minutes.

anyway last night i was tossing and turning again and i was lying there bored sh!tless so i decided to do something productive and listen to thinkrightnows end procrastination cd. i only listen to cd 1 for 45 mins.

anyway this morning i woke up and that massive urge and desire for confort and staying in bed was completely gone. it had been replaced with agitation. i was agitated by the thought of staying in bed , i was turned off by it so despite only having a few hours sleep i dived out of bed straight away and got on with my day .

thats after listening just once

thats what thinkrightnow does - it changes your thought which change your emotions with influence your actions

Think Right Now is a life-saver!
I use many of the CDs...
This is the only thing that really helps me...

I am currently using the Eating and the Social Anxiety CD together...The changes are subtle...but definite..

I can't say enough good about it...

This is a big problem with social anxiety disorder and how we continue to fight with this ailment. A big thing I believe is acceptance. You should accept yourself and not worry what people think about you. It shouldn't matter what you listen too, especially if you live in the United States, we are suppose to be a tolerant country right? Even though it doesn't seem so at times we must be the better people and not sink to the judgemental level.

Hello, I'm quite new here.

As a problem, I don't have sufficient funds to pay for Think Right Now. I am a 16-year-old guy, and I don't have a credit card or anything to support the use of it.

I have two questions:
Can I make my own audios?

and

Should I just save for it?

you shud giv it 14 days before you expect results

ive seen results fro day 1 with the procrastination cd but when i tried the social anxiety 1 it took a bit longer and the changes wre subtle at first. this is to be expectd as my social anxiety is a much bigger problem than my procrastination as its very severe and ive had it for over 20 years since i was 5 years old

the bigger and more severe th problem the longer it will take to change it

self esteemand confience are 2 completely different things . self esteem is about loving yourself, respecting yourself, valuing yourself . confidence is not about those things. confidecne is about beleiving in your ability to do smething, about taking risks etc...

there are loads of people int he world who are very confident but they dont have any self esteem

if you read each page on the thinkrightnow website it will explain what each individual programme will do for you . read the self esteem page then the cnfidence one and you will understand the difference between the 2
