Default The winners manual by Jim Tressel

My psychiatrist recommended this book. For those of you who like football and want to make your lives better this is a good book. It is packed full of good qoutes. - "If you do the things you need to do when you need to do them, someday you can do the things you want to do when you want to do them".-Jim Tressel . - "IF you heed your fears you will die never knowing what a great perseon you might have been" -Dr.Robert Shuller. " I can accept failure. Everyone fails at something. But I can't accept not trying".- Michael Jordan. Anyways, the book stresses the impotance of positive thinking which is a vital part of cbt. I am about half way finished and so far it has been pretty inspirational.

Umm...that title is kind of a turn-off. But I'm glad it's been inspirational for you.

It's not a turn off for me man. I live in Columbus so you know I'm a big fan. I've seen the "Senator" speak a couple times and his philosophy is very motivational. Thanks, I always wondered about his book.

Whats up MsShyKens . Sometimes we have to get past lame titles or things we think sound rediculous in order to move foward. It took me years to realize this! Well thanks for the reply.

I don't think so. We need to avenge our loss to NU Sunday. But we'll get run out of the tourney. We kinda suck. We should be much better next year. I used to date a girl from Sugargrove and rode my bike there when I wasn't so lazy. Sweet little grove.

Dont forget the big ten is a powerful conference. I agree that we could be better, we are kind of streaky. If we dont lose Mullins and Turner, definnitely look out next year. Yea, SugarGrove aint too shabby. I was raised around rockbridge, and the whole area is kind of peaceful.
