You all have to run out and get this book. 'The Happiness Trap' by Dr Russ Harris. My psychologist taught me something called ACT(Acceptance and Committment Therapy). It is about instead of fighting the thoughts that come through your mind, allowing them to come through and let them flow out again. It has really helped me. Anything is worth trying. When I told her how on earth will I be able to remember everything you have taught me, she said it is all in this book. She was right. I brought it and love it.
