i took an online test for SA quite a while back, although i dont think this test is accurate, i still might have SA what do u think, results

Judging by your test results it's probably safe to say you have SA, but see your doctor to make sure.

ok, i will do, but the reason i took the test is because i want to avoid seeing a doctor, oh and theres 1 thing i need 2 say to you & u only, SMASHING PUMPKINS RULE!!!

you dont need a test to tell you that youve got sa. you simply read gillian butlers book and get a good understanding of how sa works e.g automatic thoughts, saftey behaviours, self conciousness etc.... anyone who reads that book and has got sa can relate to everything being said in it and thats how you know if youve got sa.

if you find out how sa works then you simply ask yourself ''do i go through that sort of stuff in my mind and in my life'' and if you answer yes then youve got sa
