Default Feel the Fear...and Do It Anyway by Susan Jeffers

Has anybody ever read this book? My psychologist suggested this book to me and I am probably going to go to Barnes and Noble tomorrow to pick it up. I would love to know if anybody's read it and if you have, what did you think?

Thanks!!!!

Great book im my opinion but not enough for someone with severe sa like cant do normal things other people would do. go to the store or whatever. very educational though and worth the read.
