Default e-couch and MoodGYM

Do you know about these? Have you tried them at all?

If you don't know about them they're basically online self-help workbooks for anxiety/depression. e-couch lets you choose from different paths but MoodGYM is depression focused. They're both CBT.

I've tried both of them. I think I was going too fast through them, though, and I stopped doing both of them when e-couch got to the point where I would have to do exposures. This was months ago, around January or February. I found them helpful as far as identifying the different types of cognitive distortions and how I can think differently, but because I didn't follow through with them they didn't have the effect they should have, I guess.
