I've found Carlos Xuma's work to be helpful for me in coping with SAD. Though his programs aren't specifically for SAD, rather dating, he talks ALOT about inner game and life style

So did you find anything helpful for your inner game like confidence, self esteem, boundaries, etc.

I dont know what you mean by boundaries....But yes....his programs have educated me and helped me ALOT. His stuff doesn't necessarily fix SAD but have contributed to me being a better stronger MAN in regards to social interactions. Have you ever heard of him or seen his work?

I should also add that his stuff deals with only men....sorry ladies but you got Oprah

Oh, ok. cool dude. Im not familiar with carlos xuma's programs although I have heard of him and others. I tried some inner game stuff but it backfired on me. Im sticking to sosuave.com and this site.

In regards to it backfiring on you i would drop any PUA mystery method garbage. I'm checking out that site you gave me now

cool. I tried some david deangelos deep inner game programs and some of his other ones but when I applied all the material out in the field it was so obvious that my personality was incongruent. basically trying to be someone im not and girls noticed a mile away. So im not going to use david d;s stuff anymore its not anything new anyways.
