Default Books addressing 'blank-mind syndrome'?

Does anyone know of any self-help books that discuss how to overcome the blank-mind thing? I know that once I overcome anxiety, my mind will free up and thoughts about what to say will come more naturally. This is what seems logically correct, but it's a circular thing that fuels itself. I have a blank mind because I'm anxious and I get anxious because I have nothing to say, because I have a blank mind

Hello there, Ms tutliputli! Didyou see this old thread? I don't know of any specific self-help books though.

Hey Madison! I did see that a while back, thanks for posting me the link. I have trawled through quite a few books that are for social anxiety but none so far have even mentioned the blank-mind thing. Hopefully someone will know of something, somewhere!
