When I Say No, I Feel Guilty--How To Cope Using the Skills of Systematic Assertiveness Therapy
by Manuel J. Smith PhD. C 1975--it's old but still good. It's plainly written, easy to read, teaches you all kinds of techniques for being assertive and has great examples of how to use the techniques, teaches you assertiveness "rights" such as: You have the right to say I don't know, or, You have the right to change your mind, and it's entertaining too. |
