Default Supplements for Well-Being?

Anyone know a supplement that supports feelings of well being besides energy drinks and taruine capsules?

Omega-3s. B vitamins also help with energy levels, which always helps to boost my mood.

I have a spoonful of roasted pumpkin seeds every day now, and I haven't had "super-stress" like I was before, like nearly every day. They're supposed to help with (I think) seratonin and something else, melatonin maybe. Anyway I have those every day now, don't want to miss, with my lunch, and every evening I take salmon oil capsul. Also the B multivitamin does help with emotions, I'll take one during the day if I start getting upset.

I just did a quick google search on pumpkin seeds and apparently they are a great nutrition source, lists magnesium, zinc, and many more. Don't see it here but I think they also help w/the seratonin and melatonin, super key for high stress.

Well,

Expert advice can be very important to your health because although vitamin supplements do help our bodies they can also can harm you if taken in large dosages. Additionally a dietary specialist can determine the types of minerals and nutrients you need by analyzing your diet and then accurately prescribe a vitamin supplement to meet your deficiencies in the correct dosages.

Hey, check on your bottles suggested usage mine says to take one to 4 capsules daily between meals. Ive noticed the taurine has stopped working. L-Theanine didnt do much for me. Ill give Relora a try.
