It took about 15 seconds but:
It's a combination of: L-Theanine Passion Flower Valerian Niacinamide Magnesium If you have hardcore stress or anxiety, it probably won't do much at all. I really don't know too many people who have been cured(or responded fantastically) from non-prescription homeopathic remedies. The ones I know that have, generally had very minor, temporary depression or anxiety anyways.

i realize most OTC drugs or remedies arent going to help any severe problems. But since ive never been to a therapist of any kind theres no way i can tell how much help i need. Im just looking for something that will aleviate minor symptoms. I think maybe even the placeabo effect will work with any kind of minor anxiety help. any suggestions?

The only OTC supplement I have taken that works is Phenibut. It can only be used once a week or so, because tolerance develops very quickly. I have only taken it a few times, but it worked like a charm. Around a gram or so and you will be golden.
