Default Running/Jogging

I've noticed that after a long run or even a relatively short one (but enough that it was hard) I have a major confidence boost. Maybe it's the endorphins or maybe it increases the serotonin flow to my brain. Either way, it will last for a couple hours anyway, that's why I love running. In fact, on my way driving home I usually feel like a new person! It's quite nice. Unfortunately it wears off... but it's a good boost anyway. Wondering if this works for anyone else as well =).

I don't run or jog because of anxiety but I've always wished I had the guts to do so. I think I would really love it... jogging around the neighborhood or a nice park, taking in all the sights and the fresh air... coming back home feeling exhausted yet rejuvenated. That's how I picture it anyways. I've always heard it's very good for a person's mood and well-being, but I'm just too afraid.

I loved that feeling. I would be so confident and free after a run, it was like a mental cleansing. Nothing could get in my way. It's been a while since I've felt like that, I really need to get back into exercising regularly.

I've been running regularly for the last 2 + months and this is the best I've felt since I was 17 or 18 years old. I can almost feel the SA peeling away.

It hasnt helped me recently except make me more tired. As a child and in highschool i loved it. I had more stamina. Now i can run for like 3 mins before i get out of breath . Maybe if i managed to increase my stamina and run for a longer period of time i'd feel the benefits.
