I dunno if it helps my anxiety - but it feels like it just helps my brain in general. Like it makes me feel more balanced in terms of thinking. I hear it is good for memory.

I've been taking fish oil, recently switched to flaxseed oil, for over a year now. I haven't noticed any help from it with my anxiety.

I've been taking a filtered Cod-Liver oil for about a month now; I think mentally I'm able to concentrate better because of it. Anxiety wise I'm seeing improvements, but I don't know if I can attribute this to it as I've also stepped up my diet in general and am doing more excersize which could be doing it.

I'm taking 9grams of fish oil a day. I don't notice much of a difference while being on it with social anxiety.
