Default Is this enough exercise for a week?

I used to jog 6 miles two days a week but I got bored of it, plus my knees started to hurt, I used a treadmill so now I use the jump rope 4 days a week, 20 minutes a week, is this enough or is it better to jog 6 miles, 2 days a week?

If you do 4 days for 20 minutes a week, but add more variety than just jump roping, that's enough exercise. But it really depends what you want out of it, exercise doesn't have to be boring.

Asking if it's "enough" exercise is kind of vague. What goals are you aiming for? Weight loss, cardiovascular endurance, or just overall health maintenance?
