Default I was diagnosed with Silent Gerd

Anyone hear of it? after all the anxiety and worrying of wondering why I was always clearing my throat, I found out today I have silent gerd. I heard of gerd, not silent gerd. I am relieved that I don't have any sinus infections or allergies which is what I thought was wrong with me. I go back in 6 weeks for a follow up, the doctor gave me prevacid I take 30 mins before dinner. Its a pill that disolves in your mouth.

If anyone has this, did you change your eating habits? I think I am cutting out chocloate and sprite, not sure if those are contributing factors, needless to say I am cutting them out and drink more water.

Find out what is causing it. For me it was soda drinks, dairy, spicy food especially hot stuff and tomatoes.

glutamine and aloe vera should offer some relief.
