Default Got back on the bike...

And what a great feeling it was

I haven't rode my bike for over a year, but I'm determined to loose about 15-20 lbs and I heard exercise helps with SA and some other stuff.

Rode my bike for about an hour, ~10.5 miles, and my body is tireddddddddd. Feels so good at the same time for accomplishing it and getting back on. Forced me to look at oncoming traffic as well, because I don't want to get hit by a car. Such a goooooooood feeling.

I'm expecting aches and pains tomorrow though

Well done for getting back on your bike. I think exercise has helped my SA and general confidence. Hope you don't have too much aches and pains tomorrow!

Hey there! Thanks!

Me on a dirt bike?! I would love to try that out, but no. I ride a road bike, its a nice ride too. You can appreciate your surroundings alot more when on a bicycle then when your in a car. Everything is seems more beautiful and real. That is until people start honking horns at you or yelling. Its fun, you should try it, helps get you out of the house, and its a good workout.

Nice job! I know what you mean by biking outside is so much more 'real' then when your in a car..I bike everywhere, to work, to school, to home and friends houses..I've worked it out and I figured that I bike about 10 miles a day, thats about 50-70 miles per week! wow!
