Default Energy drinks i.e. red bull et al

Do caffeine pills or straight tea/coffee work as well as energy drinks when taken in the right amount (which should hopefully be something reasonable)?
I am looking for the stimulating effects of energy drinks to help cope w/ sleep deprivation but at a more manageable cost for everyday use.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Black coffee works well for me. I take a mug every now and then when I am very tired. I once tried coffeine tablets. If you get the dose wrong you will be buzzing and that for quite a while. If you sip black coffee you can tell when you shouldn't have another one, i.e. you have more control.

The pills are usually 200mg . I spend way too much on energy drinks, I have to switch to coffee.

I've been having 2 of those 16oz cans of Rockstar Sugarfree each morning lately. It gets me excited.

Energy drinks contain all the other energy boosters like Guarana and Ginseng, etc. So I believe they should give you more of a buzz than just coffee.

Default Best Natural Energy Booster....- MindGasm Shot

Finding a natural herbal euphoric enhancer hasn't been easy for me. I tried so many of them and they just didn't cut it - most of them as you would imagine, are not that effective. when I heard about MindGasmShot I thought another ineffective product, but I was shocked - this euphoric enhancer really is great. Need to work on the taste a bit, but it mixes easily with water. Shipping was great - didn't have to wait to long once order was placed and it comes in a powder form with cool packaging.

You guys can handle caffeine? I really love caffeinated drinks but they mess with my anxiety so much. I feel a lot tenser after drinking caffeine and I always have to avoid it if I'm going to do something that's probably going to make me anxious (like talk in front of people or just going out on a bad day)
