CDP choline DOES repair your "brain" so to speak. It's probably a good supplement to take for a few months. Even if you go off it i'm guessing it has lasting benefits.

Too bad CDP-Choline is so expensive. I am currently using Choline Citrate (to offset any headache caused by Piracetam). Choline Citrate is really cheap but I am not sure how well it works. Centrophenoxine is supposed to be really good but it is expensive too.

I ordered centropenoxine. It's supposed to be the best one. It also has a bunch of other functions..but it is pricey. I bought the pharma version called Lucidril, so this is considered a drug and I trust the efficacy a little better.

Still taking lecithin granules Beggioata ? Have you managed to increase the effect of lecithin ? I am loosing the effect again after taking lecithin granules every morning. I think I may still be getting the same amount of choline and other components but I am missing the "Positive amazement" of the effects that is giving the energy which was when we first time took it.

I know what you mean. I don't get that "wow" effect if I use it daily. I'm just going to use it irregularly since I have other cholinergics I can play around with.

I'm curious to try tyrosine and lecithin together on an empty stomach. I wonder how that will affect SA. Thing is, right now I'm home most of the time so I can't really judge. I'll let you guys know once I start school again. For me, SA manifests itself as anticipatory anxiety prior to a social interaction.

I was just reading about the fluoride and aluminum consumption. From this source http://www.nogw.com/articles/aluminum_article.html it says that Gotu Kola has the highest amount of aluminum compared to other herbs.

Haven't heard of you and Proximo for a while. School must be taking all the time.

Take care!
