I was also wondering if anyone had any input on exercise? I've heard that since it increases your endorphins, it causes you to feel good and therefore improve SA, over a long period.
I've heard alot of people say caffeine really drives up their anxiety, but I've never found it to affect mine. Alcohol makes it easier to socialize, but when you throw a med in the mix I couldn't really tell you. You're just going to have to moniter yourself.
Exercise definitely helps relieve stress, especially cardio exercises. It makes you feel better all around too.
Alcohol is great for SA whether you're on paxil or not! However, it should be limited to social situations and used infrequently and in moderation.
Alcohol is bad for depression since it is chemically classified as a depressant.
