Default Put myself in more public places

Even if it's just by myself. Just going to the library and staying there all day, or stopping by a coffeeshop. I'm going to make an effort to do this more often.

Good luck. Maybe if i hear if others are successful doing this, it might make me feel better about it.

People have said i should go to places like that, but i am too paranoid to go.

This is amongst the things I'm planning to do too, to help tackle my anxiety.

I wish you the best of luck! Hope that it works out well for you.

Definitely going out there and doing stuff in public places is the way to win the battle. If you stay home and isolated and on your *** all day in front of a pc things won't work out; I realised this. Opportunities come when you leave your room.

oh also eating alone in a near empty restaurant is good practice. . .there would be less people which means more risk for attention on you.... the waiter and the staff kept looking at me( to see if i needed anything ofcouse, lol..i hope, or maybe i had food on my face ;x) but yea anyway the point is that its good practice ... good luck

That's a good idea. Or going to see a movie alone.

I might go see Harry Potter alone, if I can't find someone to go with me.
