Hmm from what you listed, its going to take a while...a year minimum.
First of all, where have you applied? Simple jobs such as fast-food restaurants or stocking/cleaning dont require that much experience. It sucks, but its a start. If the other family member has no documentation to work, that makes it even worse since all expenses will fall on you. Make him get this document Once you have money, get the driver's license. I'd recommend to get a valid license first than to move out. Specially if its 8 hours away :/ If, jobs require experience, and they dont hire you, try doing volunteer work in the mean-time. It looks good on a resume. If you are low on money, have patience and take care of things one at a time. Save money, Get a steady job, a vehicle, and once you are ready, look for an apartment ahead of time. Also, realize the responsabilities of moving out. paying bills on time, rent, Cooking, etc. Im not implying that you dont know, but im just saying
