Default Goals for intersession break

School starts again in two weeks, and I have a lot of things saved up that I'd like to get done. Normally, what happens is I feel overwhelmed with everything, and wind up depressed, unable to focus on anything, or getting lost in one tiny detail of one project, and only getting a tenth of the things done I wanted to. Since posting on here helped with my exercise goals, I'll see if it helps with this stuff.

So, the stuff I want to get done includes:

* clean apartment, organize boxes, catproof everything (for future cats)
* start a blog - could help with grad school applications in future
* finish taxes
* schema doc - list of builtin and learned schemas that might be contributing to SA, and what to possibly do about them
* dentist appt
* make battery charger, hand cranked for now, with ipod and phone chargers - motorcycle batter and generator?
* get card scanner working, digitize index cards (it's this lego contraption, nearly working)
* scale it up for paper and book scanner - legos? wood/metal? (i'm gonna saw off the binding of all the books i don't care about keeping physically. want to get rid of most of my papers and books over the summer. i'll have to really crank on this to get it working.)
* roadmap of where I'm going, how to get there, timeline, etc
* add psyreligion class - fix statistics class problem
* id good profs and labs to volunteer or work for - research online
* look at pt jobs for summer - library? labs?
* fix bugs in nm1 (been hanging over my head for a while)
* make dirt-simple prototype for nm2 - notepad for editing etc
* take junk to goodwill
* get cat or cats!

So, I really hope I can get all of this stuff done in two weeks. I'm gonna have to limit how much time I spend on these sites.

Default

Looks like a good list. Looks a bit big for two weeks, so don't beat yourself up if you don't complete everything. What is nm? Good luck! Keep us updated.
